Is it strong enough for a Ryzen 7 9800X3D or Intel Core i7? Yes. The 7-heatpipe tower is designed for high-end mainstream CPUs.
How much case clearance do I need? The cooler is 157 mm tall, so choose a case rated for at least ~160 mm CPU cooler height.
Does the display need software? It operates standalone; DeepCool software is optional for extra customization.
