Effective Date: 25 August 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to greypc.net (the “Website”), owned and operated by Grey Technologies W.L.L., a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR No. 157283-1 (“Company”, “GreyPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, our products, and our services, including custom PC builds, component and accessory sales, repair and maintenance services, and server and IT solutions (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or the Services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order or open an account with us.

If you are under 18, you may browse the Website but may not place an order or enter into any agreement with us. Orders placed by minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for the order and for these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features require you to register an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • keep your account details up to date;
  • keep your login credentials confidential; and
  • accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.

Notify us immediately at info@greypc.net if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, but:

  • Product images are for illustration only. Actual components, packaging, colours, and cable arrangements may differ.
  • Manufacturer specifications, model revisions, and bundled accessories may change without notice.
  • Benchmark figures, performance claims, and build examples are indicative only and depend on configuration, software, drivers, and operating conditions.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute of equal or better specification, a partial fulfilment, or a full refund of the affected item.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

5.1 Prices. Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and may also be displayed in SAR or USD for convenience. Where multiple currencies are displayed, BHD is the governing currency for the contract. Currency conversions are indicative and the final amount charged by your bank or card issuer may differ due to exchange rates and bank fees.

5.2 Taxes and duties. Prices include Bahrain VAT where applicable and where stated. For orders shipped outside Bahrain, you are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance charges, and local taxes.

5.3 Payment. Payments are processed through our authorised payment providers, including TAP Payments and BENEFIT. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms.

5.4 Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, or begin work on a custom build or service, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel any order — including after payment — for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, failed payment verification, delivery restrictions, or pricing errors. In such cases we will refund you in full.

5.5 Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or supplier error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

5.6 Custom builds and special orders. Custom PC builds, workstation, and server configurations may require a deposit of up to 50% before work begins. Deposits on custom or special-order items are non-refundable once components have been ordered or assembly has begun, except where the goods are defective or we fail to deliver.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

6.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Custom builds, special orders, and server solutions require additional lead time, which we will communicate at the time of order.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, or upon collection from our premises.

6.3 You must inspect all deliveries on receipt. Visible transit damage or a missing item must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

6.4 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Costs arising from failed delivery due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated absence may be charged to you.

7. Returns and Refunds — Defective Items Only

7.1 Policy summary. GreyPC does not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect self-selection, compatibility misjudgement, or “no longer needed”. Returns are accepted only where an item is defective, faulty, dead on arrival (DOA), or materially different from what was ordered.

7.2 Reporting window. Defects must be reported to info@greypc.net within 7 days of delivery for DOA claims. Faults arising after this period are handled under the warranty terms in Section 8.

7.3 Return process.

  1. Email info@greypc.net with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photographs or video.
  2. We will assess the claim and, if accepted, issue a Return Authorisation. Items returned without a Return Authorisation may be refused.
  3. Return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorisation.

7.4 Condition of returned items. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, adapters, and any free or promotional items supplied with them. Anti-static packaging must be used for all components.

7.5 Our remedy. Where a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion: repair the item, replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or issue a refund. Where a replacement is available and accepted, no refund is due.

7.6 Claims we may reject. A return may be refused, or a handling and inspection fee of 10% of the item price applied, where inspection shows:

  • no fault found, or the reported fault cannot be reproduced;
  • physical damage, bent or missing CPU/socket pins, liquid ingress, burn marks, or impact damage;
  • damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, faulty third-party PSUs, or unstable mains supply;
  • overclocking, undervolting, BIOS/firmware modification, or use outside manufacturer specification;
  • removed, defaced, or tampered serial numbers, warranty seals, or GreyPC service labels;
  • disassembly, repair, or modification by any party other than GreyPC or an authorised service centre;
  • damage caused by improper installation, transport, or storage after delivery;
  • normal wear and tear, or consumable items (thermal paste, fans past their rated life, batteries).

7.7 Non-returnable items. The following cannot be returned or refunded except where defective on arrival:

  • opened software, digital licence keys, and activation codes;
  • custom-built systems, once assembled to your specification (individual defective components within them remain covered);
  • special-order and non-stock items sourced specifically for you;
  • consumables, thermal compounds, and cleaning products once opened;
  • items sold as “as-is”, “open box”, “clearance”, “B-stock”, or “used”, unless the specific defect claimed was not disclosed at the time of sale;
  • gift cards and store credit.

7.8 Shipping costs on returns. For confirmed defects, we will cover reasonable return shipping within Bahrain, or arrange collection. Where inspection shows no defect, or the claim falls under Section 7.6, return and re-delivery costs are payable by you.

7.9 Refund method and timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 30 days of the item passing inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the entire order was defective or was our error. Bank or payment-processor fees may be deducted where they are non-recoverable by us.

7.10 Business (B2B) purchases. Purchases made by companies, institutions, or for commercial resale are handled under the warranty terms in Section 8 and any signed supply agreement. Section 7 consumer return handling does not apply to B2B orders unless expressly agreed in writing.

7.11 Statutory rights. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012) and its implementing regulations, or under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence where it applies.

8. Warranty

8.1 New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated by the manufacturer. GreyPC facilitates warranty claims but is not the warrantor and is not responsible for manufacturer delays, RMA decisions, or discontinued stock.

8.2 Custom builds assembled by GreyPC carry a 12-month workmanship warranty on assembly. Individual components remain covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

8.3 Warranty is void where any circumstance in Section 7.6 applies.

8.4 Warranty replacements may be new, refurbished, or an equivalent model where the original is discontinued.

9. Repair and Service Terms

9.1 Data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data before submitting any device for repair. We do not guarantee the preservation of data on any device and accept no liability for data loss, corruption, or the cost of data recovery, however caused.

9.2 Diagnostics. A diagnostic fee of BHD 5 to BHD 10, depending on the nature of the fault, may apply and is payable whether or not you proceed with the repair.

9.3 Estimates. Repair estimates are indicative. We will seek your approval before exceeding an approved estimate.

9.4 Pre-existing condition. Devices submitted for repair may already have latent faults, prior liquid damage, or previous third-party repairs. We are not liable for the failure of unrelated components during or after servicing.

9.5 Uncollected items. Devices not collected within 90 days of notification that the repair is complete, or that the repair was declined, may be treated as abandoned. We may dispose of, recycle, or sell such items to recover unpaid charges and storage costs, after giving written notice to your registered contact details.

9.6 Software and licensing. You are responsible for holding valid licences for any software installed on your device. OEM operating system licences supplied with a system are tied to that system and are non-transferable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, video, layouts, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Bahrain and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully, and not to:

  • disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the Website or its infrastructure;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest content, pricing, or stock data;
  • transmit malware, harmful code, or unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable material;
  • place fraudulent orders, misuse promotional codes, or abuse the returns process;
  • resell our products in a manner that misrepresents your relationship with GreyPC.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or integrate third-party websites, payment processors, shipping carriers, and manufacturer portals. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that any product will meet a specific performance target in your particular environment.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the Website, the products, or the Services.

14.2 Our total aggregate liability arising from any order or Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, component shortages, manufacturer allocation limits, customs delays, shipping carrier failures, natural disasters, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, epidemics, war, or government action.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, the Website, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be notified on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect any order already accepted, any payment already due, or any provision intended to survive termination (including Sections 10, 14, 15, 18, and 19).

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written quotation, supply agreement, or service agreement signed by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Website and Services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
