4.1 Non-Refundable Upfront Payment

A non-refundable upfront payment is required for custom builds and special orders. This payment will not be returned if the build is canceled for any reason.

  • If the customer has in any way, shape, or form opened the computer and tampered with the hardware, we reserve the right to refuse warranty service.
  • Our warranty covers hardware issues only and does not extend to software problems.
  • The original boxes for all components must be present when claiming the warranty within the intended period.

4.3 Repair Process

  • Customers are not allowed behind the counter or in the repair area. 4.4 Priority and Repair Time

We prioritize all repairs. To ensure a thorough diagnosis and repair, we request that the computer and and any request Part box be left with us for at least a day.
