Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel it, and the refunded amount will be credited back to your card.
Can I return my order?
If the goods are not defective, then orders cannot be returned. However, if the goods are defective, then warranty rules apply.
What are the payment methods you support?
If you live in Bahrain, then we support, installments, cash on delivery, MasterCard, and Visa.
If you live in the GCC, then we support installments, MasterCard, and Visa.
Do you ship to the GCC?
We ship to the following countries: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, And Oman.
If I order something from your shop, when will it arrive?
If you live in Bahrain, you will recieve the your order the next business day if it is in stock. However if you order a custom computer, then we will deliver it once all parts are available.
If you live in the GCC, you can expect it to arrive within 7 business days if it is in stock.

How long is the warranty?
All computer parts come with 1 year limited warranty. Chairs and tables are not included in the warranty.
Grey PC will only fix/replace factory defective units. Any defective/broken parts due to customer intervention will not be included in the warranty. Software is not included in the warranty. That includes Blue Screens (BSOD)
If the goods are returned for warranty fixing/replacement and GreyPC team found that the issue is not from the goods, the customer shall be billed for the time and shipping.
