Is the AM8 USB or XLR? Both. Use USB-C for instant plug-and-play on PC, or XLR into an interface/mixer for a pro setup.
Does it work with PS5 and PS4? Yes, it works with PS5/PS4 and Windows/Mac over USB.
Does it need 48V phantom power? No. As a dynamic mic it runs over USB without phantom power; over XLR it does not require 48V either.
Is an XLR cable included? No. A USB-C cable is included; an XLR cable is purchased separately.
Does it support FIFINE Genie software? No. Only the AM8PROT model supports FIFINE Genie; the standard AM8 uses on-body controls.
