What does the reviewers say?

“The keyboard’s compact 65% layout coupled with its premium aluminum construction makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to dive into the custom keyboard world.”

Amazing!

Just got into the keyboard world and I can confidently say that Womier set the bar high. Love the sound of the switches and quality of the keycaps are top noch. Sound, feel, ease, and quality is what stands out the most! The LEDs overall give such a vibrant feel with many choices.

The only cons I would say is the software is a bit challenging to use also one of my LEDs was misplaced. Womier customer service was able to resolve quickly which was much appreciated. Wish the placement of the bluetooth and wired connection wasn’t underneath a keycap but I would take the pros over the cons of this product any day as the value of it is top tier.

I am very happy with my purchase

I had been looking for my first custom keyboard and decided to buy the SK65 by Womier. I’ve had the keyboard for about a week now and I am extremely happy with the quality of the product and the features it has with wireless and Bluetooth connections that has worked flawlessly for me.

I can really tell that it’s a well thought-out keyboard. This is 5 stars from me and I would definitely recommend this keyboard.

I also bought a Desk Mat with my keyboard and it suits really well and seems like great quality for the price.

Honestly very good!

Although the general market says that 100USD keyboard is budget it is still a lot of money for most people for a peripheral, but that said I think this one is honestly a very good deal.

Feeling and finish are everything you might need if you are just getting into the hobby or just someone trying to grab a very good keyboard. Price-wise I don’t think there’s anything to complain here. Also it is hotswappable so you can just grab other switches if your needs are different (I swapped the default ones for silent switches since that’s what I need at my job, but the stock switches were very good)

The keyboard is Wireless (with dongle), Bluetooth and Wired mode. I use it on Bluetooth consistently everyday since I got it and it has never failed me, I can also change between devices so I can quickly type on my PC or my iPhone with much ease.

The case is CNC Aluminum and it feels and looks beautiful. It does stay very in place because of its feet and weight so if you want to move the board it has to be very intentional (on a deskmat, at least).

The only reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this board would be
1. Your budget is even lower than this price point (which is totally understandable in this economy)
2. You are looking for other layout
3. You want a lightweight keyboard

All in all, I love this keyboard and would recommend it to anyone!

The Perfect Budget Stock Keyboard

The SK65 was my first “custom” mechanical keyboard. Previously, I’ve had keyboards from main brands that were rattly and terrible so I decided to get a proper, aluminium mechanical keyboard. After some research I came across the SK71 which I loved the sound of but preferred the 65% layout, and I saw Womier were coming out with the SK65 so I waited. Within 3/4 days of hearing about the board it was released and I ordered it the moment I received the email. Within 5 days, it was at my front door (given I was told a 7-14 day delivery and it came from China to the UK this was brilliant.) Receiving the board, it came in Womier branded packaging which surprised me, along with spare keycaps and a USB for 2.4GHz connection. I was slightly upset to see no inbuilt storage for the USB so it may be easily lost (although I won’t be using it and figured it probably wouldn’t have this before buying.)

The board feels amazing quality. I was shocked when I picked up the board for the first time as the weight is great. The aluminium case is super nice and well-built and the double-shot PBT keycaps feel decent; there’s no problems with the legends on the keys. The stock stabilisers are immense with this board, absolutely no rattle or anything of the sort with this board. Additionally, the Womier POM switches that come with the board feel great with 0 scratchiness. The flex-cut PCB and plate gives the keyboard a nice bounce. Personally, I see little need to mod this board as it is (pretty much) as good as it can get stock. The south-facing LEDs look great (however, frustratingly, the spacebar is north-facing) and are easily programmable.

For my preference, the typing angle is very high (although I’m used to low typing angles) so I bought a wrist rest from Amazon for roughly £15 and now its perfect.

The first batch of boards had some small errors, including lack of stepped-caps support and some had misaligned hotswap sockets so the keys were slightly wonky. Mine included, even though being barely noticeable, I sent an email to Womier who responded within 12 hours (despite non-working hours) to tell me that they would be sending me a replacement PCB.

Great customer service. Great quality board. The only complaint I had was very minor and yet was solved quickly. I will definitely be looking at buying more boards in the future.

SK65 Perfect Stock!?

I first received my SK65 3 days early from pre-orders which was awesome. Right out of the box this keyboard sounded amazing, the stabs were perfect. The weight of the keyboard frame/case is perfect. The quality was also amazing. The keycaps are sub-par but the switches this comes with is amazing. The linear POM Mint Blizzard switches are nice, alittle light on the force however. The only thing I switch out to make this 10 out of 10 was the keycaps and replaced the knob to match my keycaps. Overall this is a steal for the price! I won’t knock it for the sub-par keycaps cause literally every pre-built has average keycaps. I bought this mainly for the board itself and switches. And yes this is an exact clone of the Lucky65 with Womier branded add-ons and the nice touch of the word “Lucky” engraved in the back.
